Choose your package

• Single Booking: $25 for one confirmed reservation.
• Three-Booking Package: $65 for three confirmed reservations.
• Seven-Booking Package: $150 for seven confirmed reservations.

One booking means one reservation with one provider for one activity, date, and time, for the agreed party size. Packages apply to one trip or agreed date range.

What is included

• Availability checks and confirmation of current prices.
• Reservation coordination with the provider.
• Passing along special requests, subject to provider approval.
• A booking summary with confirmed times, locations, payment instructions, reference numbers where supplied, and cancellation deadlines.

Separate costs and services

Guide purchases, activity charges, provider deposits, and transportation are separate. Customers pay providers directly wherever practical. New activity research and itinerary creation are available through our separately priced Personalized Curated Guide. Event attendance and ongoing personal assistance require a separate arrangement. Our couples massage package already includes coordination: no additional booking fee applies and it does not use a package allowance.

Request and payment process

Submit your request at least 72 hours before your first activity. Shorter-notice requests are accepted only when capacity allows. We aim to respond within one business day, Monday through Saturday. After checking initial availability and receiving your approval of the proposed arrangements, we invoice your service fee before completing reservations. We will not commit you to a paid activity without your approval of its price and cancellation terms.

A request or service-fee payment does not confirm an activity. Reservations are confirmed only when the provider confirms them, and availability can change until then.

Unavailable activities and unused bookings

If your requested activity is unavailable, we offer one suitable alternative. If neither can be secured, we refund the unused booking service fee. If fewer reservations are confirmed than your package includes, we recalculate your fee using the lowest-cost combination of the listed packages and single bookings and refund the difference. For example, two confirmed bookings cost $50; six cost $140.

Changes and cancellations

One straightforward date or time change request per reservation is included, subject to availability. Each further change request costs $15, agreed and paid before work begins; this coordination fee applies even if the provider cannot accommodate the change. Replacing a confirmed activity with a different activity counts as a new booking.

If you cancel a confirmed reservation, the completed booking service fee is non-refundable. The provider's terms govern refunds of activity payments. If a provider cancels, we offer replacement booking assistance at no extra service fee or refund the affected booking service fee.

Communication is handled during business hours through one email thread or WhatsApp conversation per customer.
