A delivered romantic package gives you treats and thoughtful details to enjoy together. You choose when to bring them out and how to set the scene.
A room setup includes arranging the agreed decorations in your room before the reveal. A little coordination is needed behind the scenes, including accommodation approval and suitable room access.
With Date Night Bahamas, delivery within Nassau and Paradise Island is included in our Romantic Surprise packages. Full room setup is an optional upgrade, charged separately.
Give your good idea a little breathing room
The best surprises may look effortless, but a little advance planning helps everything come together.
Send your request before your trip where possible. That gives you time to check availability, arrange permissions, and settle the details without trying to do it all from the airport lounge.
Allow at least 48 hours’ notice for romantic room setups, roses, and chocolate covered strawberries. For holidays and busy travel periods, earlier is even better.

Let your accommodation in on the secret
Your partner can stay happily unaware, but your hotel or Airbnb host may need a little notice.
Before arranging a delivery or room setup, ask:
Can an outside supplier deliver to the property?
Can staff accept a package on your behalf?
What approval is needed for a room setup?
Are petals, balloons, decorations, or adhesives restricted?
How should room access be arranged?
A room number alone does not guarantee access. Confirm permissions and access arrangements with your accommodation and your supplier before the day.
If you won’t know your room number until you check in, simply mention that when you submit your request.
Choose a moment you can actually enjoy
A surprise deserves a little room in your itinerary.
You might plan a delivery once you’ve settled in, or request a room setup while you’re out enjoying time together. Coming back from dinner to discover something thoughtful waiting can be a lovely way to end the evening.
Try to avoid timing the reveal too closely to your flight’s scheduled arrival. Travel delays happen, and romance is much more enjoyable when nobody is watching the clock.

Include the recipient’s name with your request, and give any personalized wording one final spelling check before sending it.

Settle the details, then keep the secret
When you submit your request, tell us your selected package, preferred date and time, accommodation or delivery location, and any special requests.
The form starts the conversation. It does not confirm a booking.
We’ll review availability, confirm the agreed arrangements and charges, and provide payment instructions. Once everything is confirmed, you can get back to the enjoyable part: keeping a straight face when they ask what you’ve planned.
Leave a little time for each other
When the surprise arrives, let yourselves enjoy it.
Put the phones down for a moment. Read the note. Share the treats. Take a photo if you’d like, then settle into the evening together.
A thoughtful surprise says something simple and lovely: “I wanted to make this special for you.”
